Return & Refund Policy

At Lake & Tail, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, incorrect color, or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@lakeandtail.com within 7 days of delivery.

For packages that arrive visibly damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A photo of the shipping label when applicable

If the issue is confirmed to be a production or fulfillment error, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Size, Color, or Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to choosing the wrong size or color, ordering by mistake, or simply changing your mind.

Please carefully review the size chart, product details, and color options before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lakeandtail.com.

Because orders may enter production shortly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
