Shipping Policy

At Lake & Tail, our products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Processing Time

Most apparel orders are produced within approximately 2–4 business days before shipment.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, your order will be shipped using the available shipping method for your destination.

For orders shipped to the United States, standard shipping generally takes approximately 10–20 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs procedures, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Lake & Tail does not currently offer free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or has not received tracking updates for an extended period, please contact us at support@lakeandtail.com.

We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate solution.

International Orders

International delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import charges that may apply to international orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
